The pious man and the dogOnce upon a time ,there was a pious man who set out on a journey from his village to look for his livelihood.after he had travelled some distance he began to feel hungry and thirsty.He looked around for any source of water, hawever, there was none to be found.As he continued walking , he came upon a well .He shnuted: "praise be to allah.Praise be to allah, He has saved me from death!" He descended with difficulty down into the well. when he reached the water he drank and drand until his thirst was quenched. The man thanked Allah and climbed out of the well to continue on his journy.When he had climbed out of the well he was surprised to find a dog standing near it. He continued watching the dog until he said to him self:" the dog must be thirsty just as i was". In fast the dog was so thirsty that it was licking the sand, the man said:"i must get some water for this dog"."but now can i get the water out of the well when i have nothing in which to carry it?" suddenly ,he exclaimed,"oh y (13 years ago)

suddenly ,he exclaimed,"oh yes! I've get it!" he took of his shoes, descended into the well and filled the shoes with water before climbing out of the well.As soon as the dog saw the man, it came bounding towards him.The dog lapped up the water and the man was pleased. Allah accepted the good deed of the pious mand because of it he entered paradise (13 years ago)
